As a personal development facilitator and coach for more than 20 years, Heidi Michelle's passion for empowering people is immediately evident. Whether working one-on-one or in a group, her approach to your well-being will be supportive and compassionate. Offering private Nutrition/Health coaching, yoga sessions, retreats, workshops and trainings in the United States, India, Mexico and Costa Rica, her teachings feature a dharma-rich and gently demanding style with an emphasis on health and mindfulness as a way of life.
Heidi Michelle advocates for her clients and students to apply the practical tools of mindfulness, nutrition and yoga to everyday life. She believes whole-heartedly in your ability to guide yourself into exceptional physical, mental and emotional health, and will continuously remind you of your innate intelligence.
Yoga History: Heidi first stepped onto a yoga mat in 1998 and has been teaching yoga since 2008. Initially inspired by Kundalini yoga, she soon discovered Baron Baptiste and Power yoga. Heidi’s teachers include Rod Stryker, Shiva Rea and Anand Mehrotra. She has studied extensively with Elysabeth Williamson, creator and founder of Principle-Based Partner Yoga™, and has been teaching Partner Yoga since 2009. Heidi Michelle hosts Wellness Retreats at her home in Costa Rica, Nutrition Coaching at her home in Reno, Nevada and via tele-communication, and co-founded Nature Yoga Teacher Training Costa Rica with her teaching partner, Heidi Dietrich.
