About Workplace Wellness

Our company has been working with Heidi for a few years now to institute a wellness program for our employees. We are a local manufacturing company and our production employees often get sore, stiff and can develop chronic pain from performing repetitive tasks regularly. Heidi comes in twice per week to work with our staff on stretching techniques that they can do at work and at home to proactively eliminate fatigue. Not only is this program helpful physically, it has contributed emotional positivity to our culture as well. Our employees look forward to their Wellness Training and enjoy her visits so much. In fact, they have established their own stretching regimen on the days that Heidi does not come based on what she has taught them. After working with Heidi as a Health Coach for only 4 weeks, she inspired me to stop eating at drive thru’s and start preparing good, healthy, whole food at home. About Retreating

I had the good fortune of spending a week in Costa Rica with Heidi for a retreat this winter. I love, love, loved it! I am new to yoga and was somewhat tentative of signing up for a yoga retreat. It turns out a week spent under Heidi’s wing was just what I needed. She created a great atmosphere where I was willing to let it all go and just give it my all. About Yoga Retreating

I’ve been practicing yoga for over 15 years and Heidi Michelle is one of my favorite teachers. This is why I chose to participate in her retreat this past summer in Costa Rica. Her style speaks to and calms my busy mind, every time—as she opens class I feel myself dropping in, effortlessly. I find that I enjoy what I call an athletic approach to yoga, always pushing my edges.
