About Heidi Michelle

As a personal development and awareness facilitator from 1995 to 2002, Heidi’s passion for empowering people emerged. She has been guiding, teaching, and leading, in one form or another, ever since.

In 1998, Heidi Michelle first stepped onto a yoga mat and has been teaching yoga since 2008. Initially inspired by Kundalini yoga, she soon discovered Baron Baptiste and Power yoga. Heidi’s teachers include Rod Stryker, Shiva Rea and Anand Mehrotra. She studied extensively with Elysabeth Williamson, creator of Principle-Based Partner Yoga, and has been teaching Partner Yoga since 2009.

The addition of Stand-Up Paddle Board Yoga to her personal practices and teachings has been an extreme delight! Offering retreats, workshops and trainings in the United States, India, Mexico and Costa Rica, her yogic teachings feature a dharma-rich, gently demanding practices with an emphasis on yoga as a practice ground for life.

About Victoria Hughes

The first day I floated onto the river for a SUP Yoga class, I had tears. I was overwhelmed by a magical aspect of nature I hadn’t chosen to see before. I felt completely encased and supported by all of the elements, all at once. As I found balance on the board, I noticed the elements within found balance. It was very powerful.
— Victoria Hughes

With 35 years experience with conscious energy work, 20 years experience with clinical health education teaching and spiritual guidance, and 16 years practicing yoga, Victoria holds a sacred, safe and loving space for the expression of your highest self to flow.
In 1980, at the age of 10, Victoria bowed into her first martial arts studio and her conscious relationship with energy, mind and body began. Today, her diverse teachings include Hatha, Ashtanga, Raja, Bhakti, Kundalini, White Tantra and Transformational Healing Yoga and she is a Certified SUP Yoga Instructor living in Costa Rica.

Victoria’s science degree and nursing career specialty in intensive care gave her a strong background in patho-physiology which she applies as an intuitive healer to guide the cellular and energetic process. Inspired to live a magical, conscious, natural and chemical free life, Victoria is of service to empower and educate others on a healing path.
