Spend 3 days on the majestic waters of Donner Lake on a Stand Up Paddle Board with Heidi Michelle and earn your SUP Yoga Teacher Training Certification.

Training Includes: Stand-Up Stand-Up Paddle Board rental (if needed), 15 hours of DragonFLYoga Stand-Up Paddle Board Yoga Training and DragonFLYoga's Practitioners Manual (in PDF format).
Maximum Capacity: 8 Participants
Prerequisite: A 200-hour yoga certification.
Price: $500.00 without SUP Board Rental (you will supply your own Stand Up Paddle Board and transport)
Price: $625.00 with SUP Board Rental (we will supply your Stand Up Paddle Board at Donner Lake)
Training Does Not Include: Airfare, ground transportation to Donner Lake (carpools will be arranged from Reno) and meals.
Accomodations in Reno, Nevada: Heidi has available space for rent in her home in Reno. Please inquire. Hotels recommendations: White Lotus Lodge, Econo Lodge or The Renaissance Reno Downtown Hotel.
TEACHER TRAINING COURSE DESCRIPTION AND CURRICULUM
DragonFLYoga's Level I Stand-Up Paddle Board Training will teach you the fundamentals of practicing and teaching yoga on a Stand-Up Paddle Board on open lake water. We will practice daily, enjoy the gorgeous wilderness of Northern Nevada and California, beach-time hang outs and fellow yogis. You will learn the basics of handling and care of Stand-Up Paddle Boards, in addition to SUP Yoga asana and sequencing. The program gives you the opportunity to practice teach with a built-in audience. Learn to practice safely, play adventurously and, if you choose, pay it forward by effectively teaching to your yoga students back home!

PACKING LIST
-PFD (Personal Floatation Device) - Required in open water in the United States. It can be simply attached to your board, rather than on your body. Here is what we recommend: PFD Belt/Inflatable Safety Jacket
-Water (non-disposable with a secure loop for tying to board)
-Bathing suit or water gear (long pants and rash guards okay)
-Sunscreen
-Sunhat (with under-chin tie)

About Heidi Michelle
As a personal development and awareness facilitator from 1995 to 2002, Heidi’s passion for empowering people emerged. She has been guiding, teaching, and leading, in one form or another, ever since.
In 1998, Heidi Michelle first stepped onto a yoga mat and has been teaching yoga since 2008. Initially inspired by Kundalini yoga, she soon discovered Baron Baptiste and Power yoga. Heidi’s teachers include Rod Stryker, Shiva Rea and Anand Mehrotra. She studied extensively with Elysabeth Williamson, creator of Principle-Based Partner Yoga, and has been teaching Partner Yoga since 2009.
The addition of Stand-Up Paddle Board Yoga to her personal practices and teachings has been an extreme delight! Offering retreats, workshops and trainings in the United States, India, Mexico and Costa Rica, her yogic teachings feature a dharma-rich, gently demanding practices with an emphasis on yoga as a practice ground for life.
